The simple answer is because it is so hard to find “good people.” As a full-service staffing company, our expertise lies in finding and evaluating candidates. We will save you considerable amounts of time and money by taking responsibility for locating hard-working and reliable employees on your behalf.
LSI will get the details of your position, so we clearly understand your needs and the requirements of the position. We will then locate candidates through a variety of recruiting resources. Each candidate undergoes an extensive screening and interviewing process based on your criteria. We can then either fill the position for you, or you may decide to interview the top few candidates before making a decision.
The cost to you will vary based on several factors including account volume, workers’ comp costs, and lead-time for our staffing managers. LSI is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.

The real cost of staffing is unique to each business, but the fact remains that having the wrong partner is costly. LSI bases our costs off of several factors, including but not limited to: account volume, nature of the work, workers’ comp code, lead time given for our office to staff your openings, etc. LSI is and always has been committed to providing quality employees and unique staffing solutions to our customers at a competitive price. This much we can guarantee.
Again, the time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary on factors including our current employee base and your specific needs.
We offer a full menu of different levels of background checks and drug screens. Our service agreement with our clients will include their requested level of investigation. This customized approach will assure each client receives exactly what they desire. All LSI post-offer background checks will be in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements.
We realize that not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we will act quickly to remedy the situation. LSI offers a standard four hour customer guarantee. If you are not satisfied with an employee or there is an interruption with employment, we will not bill for the fist four hours. We ask that you call us immediately or email us if this situation occurs.
LSI Staffing fills all levels of positions in manufacturing, distribution, and production on a temporary, temp-to-hire, and full-time basis. Through our HirePrinciple division, we also fill direct hire positions ranging from production lead roles to senior-level professional positions in office/clerical, accounting & finance, engineering, IT, and sales & marketing. By having a broad base of candidates, as well as various recruiting resources, we can meet your needs in most areas.
