When you’re ready to get to work, a slow and confusing hiring process can be extremely frustrating. At LSI Staffing, our process is streamlined, yet selective in order to match the best employees with the best jobs.
Here’s what you can expect from the LSI Staffing hiring process.
Step 2: Screening
In order to work with LSI Staffing, you will commit to completing drug screens as required by our clients, and possibly other post-offer screens.
Step 3: Interview
We want to get to know you, so we can match you with your ideal opportunities. You will interview in-person with a staffing manager to discuss your work history, skills, preferences and goals.
Step 4: Reference Checks
Upon customer request, LSI Staffing will verify previous employment dates and reference checks.
Step 5: Training and Testing
If you pass all reference and background checks, you will complete a basic safety training program. Office and administrative candidates will be asked to complete computer testing to assess skill levels.
Step 6: Get to Work
Once the process has been completed, we will begin to match you with jobs based on your skills, experiences and preferences.
